GENERAL CONDITIONS

• Rates are per person, per program, expressed in US dollars.
• Rates do not include VAT.
• Taxes in Argentina are 21%, but decree #1043/2016 establishes that foreign passengers not resident in Argentina who pay in foreign currency or with a credit card issued abroad will be exempt from paying taxes on accommodation and breakfast.
  In case of no-shows or cancellations in which a penalty is applied,21% VAT must be added.
• Rates are subject to changes.
• Check-in time is at 2:00 PM, and check-out time is at 10:00 AM

• Reservations for 7 rooms or more will be considered as a group booking and will be quoted accordingly.
• Please respectfully note that we have a riding weight limit of 95kgs/15stone/210lbs.
• Horseback rides are for wild souls aged 6 years or older.
• Canadón de los Fósiles Trekking is for wild souls aged 12 years or older.

BOOKING POLICIES

• To confirm the reservation, a deposit of 30% of the total will be requested.
• The balance must be paid 60 days before the arrival date.
• Up to 61 days before the arrival date, no penalty will be charged.
• Between 60 and 30 days before the arrival date, 50% penalty.
• Between 29 days and the arrival date, the total reservation will be charged as a penalty.

BOOKING POLICIES for reservations during October and April.

• To confirm the reservation, a deposit of 30% of the total will be requested.
• The balance must be paid 30 days before the arrival date.
• Up to 31 days before the arrival date, no penalty will be charged.
• Between 30 and 20 days before the arrival date, 30% penalty.
• Between 19 days and the arrival date, the total reservation will be charged as a penalty.

CHILD POLICY

• Children up to 2 years old are free of charge.
• Children aged 3 to 11 pay 70% of the rate in October or April.
• For the rest of the season, children pay the full rate

• Payments can be made by wire transfer, deposit, credit card, or PayPal(extra charges may apply).
• Please note that the international wire transfer option incurs an additionalcost of USD 150 per transaction.
