We suggest three nights’ stays.

- Rates are per person, per program, expressed in US dollars.
WHAT’S INCLUDED?
- Shared land transfers from and to hotels in El Calafate.
- Parque Nacional Los Glaciares access fee.
- Navigation from Puerto Punta Bandera, sailing through the Brazo Upsala and Canal Cristina (this is our first expedition!), and back from Estancia Cristina to Puerto Punta Bandera. A snack is provided during the navigations.
- Accommodation at Estancia Cristina.
- Full Board: breakfast, lunch or lunch box, dinner during the stay. Non-alcoholic beverages and a selection of wines, drinks and/or beer included during the meals.
- Guided expeditions from our menu and self-guided trails. All expeditions are guided and coordinated by our staff at Estancia Cristina.
- Guided tour of our Heritage Museum.

- Premium wine list and drinks.
- Laundry service.
- Gratuities.
- Private expeditions. Available upon request with an extra cost. Subject to availability.
- All fishing programs, equipment or permits*.
- Private horseback riding and trekking programs*.

RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY
GENERAL CONDITIONS
- Rates are per person, per program, expressed in US dollars.
- Rates do not include VAT.
- Taxes in Argentina are 21%, but decree #1043/2016 establishes that foreign passengers not resident in Argentina who pay in foreign currency or with a credit card issued abroad will be exempt from paying taxes on accommodation and breakfast.
In case of no-shows or cancellations in which a penalty is applied,21% VAT must be added. - Rates are subject to changes.
- Check-in time is at 2:00 PM, and check-out time is at 10:00 AM
- Reservations, confirmations, modifications, or cancellations must be requested by e-mail to: [email protected]
- Reservations for 7 rooms or more will be considered as a group booking and will be quoted accordingly.
- Please respectfully note that we have a riding weight limit of 95kgs/15stone/210lbs.
- Horseback rides are for wild souls aged 6 years or older.
- Canadón de los Fósiles Trekking is for wild souls aged 12 years or older.
BOOKING POLICIES
- To confirm the reservation, a deposit of 30% of the total will be requested.
- The balance must be paid 60 days before the arrival date.
- Up to 61 days before the arrival date, no penalty will be charged.
- Between 60 and 30 days before the arrival date, 50% penalty.
- Between 29 days and the arrival date, the total reservation will be charged as a penalty.
BOOKING POLICIES for reservations during October and April.
- To confirm the reservation, a deposit of 30% of the total will be requested.
- The balance must be paid 30 days before the arrival date.
- Up to 31 days before the arrival date, no penalty will be charged.
- Between 30 and 20 days before the arrival date, 30% penalty.
- Between 19 days and the arrival date, the total reservation will be charged as a penalty.
CHILD POLICY
- Children up to 2 years old are free of charge.
- Children aged 3 to 11 pay 70% of the rate in October or April.
- For the rest of the season, children pay the full rate
PAYMENT
- Payments can be made by wire transfer, deposit, credit card, or PayPal(extra charges may apply).
- Please note that the international wire transfer option incurs an additionalcost of USD 150 per transaction.

- Booking must be paid 15 days before the expedition date.
- A 100% penalty will apply for cancellations made less than 7 days in advance.
BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY FOR GROUPS
- A 30% deposit will be required 90 days prior to the expedition date.
- The balance must be paid 30 days before the expedition date.
- A 100% penalty will apply for cancellations made less than 29 days in advance.
GROUP POLICIES
Available expeditions are Classic or Mirador Upsala.
- For groups of more than 6 passengers, the group guide pays 50% of the fare (non-commissionable).
- For groups of more than 15 passengers, the group guide is complimentary, and the tour coordinator (TC) pays 50% of the fare (non-commissionable).
- For groups of 30 passengers or more, both the group guide and the TC are complimentary.
CHILD POLICY
- Children up to 2 years old are free of charge.
- Children aged 3 to 11 years old pay 70% of the rate
- Children participating in horseback riding are charged at the full rate.
